Bidding process
This page outlines the bidding process for Maynard Auctions.
Register
Photo ID will be required and passport is mandatory for buyers of real estate lots. Go to Registration page
Security deposit
Once your registration has been verified, you can then add your security deposit. To bid on a lot you need to put down a 10% security deposit of the starting bid amount which will be stated on each lot. This security deposit is refundable if you do not win the lot.
Start bidding
You can now bid. Enter your desired maximum bid amount and then press "Place Bid" on a lot. You will then be asked to confirm your bid. Press "Yes" and you’ve entered a bid.
If you are outbid at any stage, you will be notified or you will able to see on the lot that you are no longer the highest bidder.
Auction ends
If you’re the highest bidder and the reserve has been met, you’ve won a lot.
