Real estate referral - brokers
If you're a RERA registered real estate broker and want to refer a client to buy or sell property in our auctions, you can earn an incredible 80% referral fee.
80% referral fee based on buyers/sellers 1% net of hammer price auction fee only.
A valid BRN will have to be provided to be applicable.

Real estate referral - non-brokers
Refer someone to Maynard Auctions that buys or sells a property and you will receive a whopping 50% referral fee.

50% referral fee based on buyers/sellers 1% net of hammer price auction fee only.
Items referral
Refer someone to Maynard Auctions that buys or sells an item and you will receive a 15% referral fee.

Vehicles referral
Refer someone to Maynard Auctions, that buys or sells a vehicle and you will receive a 15% referral fee.
Whether you bring the buyer or seller of a vehicle, you can earn from the buyers commission on a vehicle transaction at Maynard Auctions!
